The IDF World Dairy Summit 2010 is now over and we would like to thank everyone for your assistance in making one of the most important gatherings in the global dairy industry the enormous success that it was.

Mr Whippy served 486 ice creams
There were 165 performers on stage, assisted by 45 crew back stage
The stage production took 120 staff more than two days to set up
The Gala dinner was tended to at the front of house by a total of 350 floor staff, 7 Duty Managers, 15 Supervisors and 5 Senior Managers
It took the kitchen and floor staff only 14 minutes to deliver all the main course food to the 130 tables in the Gala Dinner Hall
We consumed over 1400 bottles of still wine and 300 bottles of sparkling wine and roughly 3000 bottles of beer
In the kitchen, we had a total of 100 kitchen staff including the Director of Kitchen, Conventions Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef and up to 15 Sous Chefs
In total, the caterers clocked up over 4000 man hours including food preparation and set up

World Dairy Summit 2011
Looking forward to the future, the IDF 2011 World Dairy Summit will go to Parma, Italy. The theme for 2011 is ‘Sustainable Food Security’, a topic of great significance and value to the entire world dairy community. The location for the Summit also has a key role to play.
