Ever wondered who is behind that great New Zealand food product you are about to try? Come along to the New Zealand Food Science and Technology Showcase and find out!
New Zealand has a wealth of expertise and capability ranging right across the food industry. During this session you will be able to talk to those people and organisations behind our locally and internationally renowned produce, products and manufacturing expertise including brands such as Zespri and Comvita and organisation such as the Riddet Institute, the University of Otago and Plant and Food Research.

The Showcase will occur at a time that the WDS2010 registration is open on Level 3, business sessions being completed and a time to familiarise yourself with the surroundings and chat to fellow delegates before the WDS2010 proper starts on Monday. The Showcase will open on Sunday 7th November, 4pm to 6pm, Auckland Promenade (level 4) Sky City Convention Centre.
Admission is free to WDS 2010 registered delegates and their accompanying partners. Finger food, soft drinks, juice and NZ wines will be served to enhance the occasion.
